1 pkg (2 layer size) Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg (4 serving size) Vanilla or French Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Mix
1 c. Water
4 Eggs
1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
Caramel Dessert / Ice Cream Topping Sauce

Preheat Oven 350º. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt or tube pan.
In lg bowl, beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs, oil with electric mixer on low speed until blended then on high speed 2 minutes.
Gently stir in apples.
Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 50 - 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes then remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack then move to serving plate.

Add desired amount of caramel sauce to microwavable bowl and heat until slightly warm. Drizzle on cake before serving.
