8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp melted butter, cooled
4 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
1/4 cup chicken broth or milk as needed to thin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls or sheets
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º
Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add soup broth or milk and salt and pepper. Stir in chicken.
Spread out dough. Press perforations together and roll a little thinner. Cut dough into 2 1/2 in squares. Press squares into mini muffin tins. Fill with chicken filling. Bake until heated through and pastry is golden.
