"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Put 2 T. butter in pie pan and put in oven to melt.
Mix together eggs, flour and milk. After butter has melted, pour batter into pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Serve with pancake syrup.
The outside edges of the pancake will rise (to look like a bowl), so be sure not to have the oven racks too close together.
