Ingredients:  
1 bag frozen O'Brien potatoes (I use Ore-Ida)
1 can potato soup
1 can celery soup
1 c. sour cream
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes to room temperature. Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9x13" casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º. Can top with shredded cheddar cheese for the last 20 minutes if desired.
