1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. instant potatoes
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and 1/2 c. water to dissolve yeast. Mix 1 c. water, sugar, potatoes, and salt. Stir the two mixtures together and let set, uncovered and at room temperature for two days. On third day, feed mixture with 1/4 c. sugar, 3 T. instant potatoes, and 1 c. hot water. Let set at room temperature. Stir and take out 1 c. for bread. Refrigerate remaining starter and feed again in 3 to 5 days. Caution: DO NOT store in plastic container.
