The day before make sauce and refrigerate over night.
3 lbs hamburger
2 chopped onions
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg can diced tomatoes
1 lg can tomato paste
4 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
In a large pan brown hamburger and onion. Drain, add all the other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
Next day
1 box Lasagna noodles cooked to pkg directions
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese soft and cut in thin
slices
24 oz grated Mozzarella cheese

In a 9 x 13 pan, spread a little sauce on bottom. Layer the following ingredients so you have 2 layers of each
1. Half of noodles
2. Half of cream cheese
3 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese
4. Half of meat sauce
Then start over ending with sauce. Then top off with the last 1/3 of Mozzarella.
Bake 325º for 40 min. Let stand for 10 min before serving.
