4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
2 c flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
Grated Parmesan
2 c Italian Bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbls garlic powder
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Get out 1 bowl and 2 shallow pans
In the bowl mix egg and milk.
In a pan mix flour , salt and pepper
In other pan add Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a big fry pan on high.
Take each chicken breast and first roll in flour mixture. Then dip in milk mixture. Follow with dipping in bread crumb mixture. Fry breasts for 6 min on each side. Take out of fry pan. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken and then top with slices of Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350º for 10- 20 min
