pastry crust for a 9" pie pan
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole or chopped pecans
GARNISH:
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped (opt.)
pecan halves (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a pie plate with pastry crust; chill. Preheat oven to 400.º Cream butter; add sugar, vanilla, & flour, creaming together well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk, & pecans; mix well. Pour into pie shell & bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º & bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Chill. When ready to serve, garnish with dollops of whipped cream & pecan halves.
