salmon fillets
~1 tbsp mayonnaise per serving of salmon
salt
pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cedar plank in water at least 1 hour (longer is better) to keep it from burning on the grill.
Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread thinly over salmon. Place salmon on plank. Place over indirect heat on medium high gas grill. Cook with lid down for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish and desired doneness.
