1 large can chick peas
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3-4 tbsp italian seasonings
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
3 cloves minced fresh garlic

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in plastic container with lid. Shake it up. Let it sit at room temperature, several hours or overnight.
