3 eggs, beaten
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla ( sometimes I use Almond flavoring )
8 slices wheat bread
1 Tbl Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except bread. Start a fry pan on med high for 5 min ( until heated) add 4 Tbls butter unil melted. Take each piece of bread and dip on both sides in egg mixture. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

This is great for breakfast with sausage. We always put peanut butter and syrup on the French Toast.
