8 oz. crumbled blue cheese
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped red (or green) onion
1/2 cup minced parsley
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle cheese into a shallow 6-8 in. dish.
2. Mix together garlic & olive oil and drizzle over cheese.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese.
4. Refrigerate for one hour.
5. Sprinkle with pepper.
6. Serve with Triscuits, baguette bread or Granny Smith apples.
