1 stick margarine (melted)
1 T. artificial sweetener
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, applesauce, sweetener, egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, then add to applesauce mixture. Add floured dates and nuts. Put in greased and floured bundt pan (or spray with non stick spray). Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Avoid overbaking.
