1 large pkg. lemon jello
2 c. hot water
2 apples
2 oranges with rind of one
1 bag fresh cranberries
4 celery stalks
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over the jello until dissolved. Cool until mixture is just starting to gel. Chop the fruit and celery in a food processor including the rind of one orange, then add to the jello and refrigerate. This is a tart alternative to cranberry sauce for the turkey or can be enjoyed any time of the year. For a no sugar recipe, use diet jello.
