2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. white corn syrup (Karo)
1 c. water

Directions:
Combine ingredients & boil to 280.º Use a candy thermometer to check temp. Remove from heat, add food coloring & flavoring (extract), then pour into a flat cookie sheet with sides. Let cool.
