1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 c. Pillsbury light pancake mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix together first four ingredients. Add pancake mix and gently mix together, spoon into muffin tins. Makes 10 to 12 muffins depending on size of your muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
