2 C rhubarb
1 C sugar
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in sauce pan and cook until thickened. Pour into baked/premade pie crust. Top with meringue (made with 2 egg whites and 4 Tbsp sugar beaten). Brown at 350.
