2 lb. redfish, cut into 1-inch pieces
Lemon herb seasoning
5 cups water
1 package chopped seasoning blend (celery, onions, green peppers)
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups carrots, diced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet peas (optional)
Dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Season fish with lemon herb seasoning and set aside. Boil seasoning blend in waterfor about 20 minutes. Season to taste. Add potatoes and carrots and boil until tender. Stir in soups and canned vegetables. Heat until bubbly. Adjust seasoning, if needed. Add dill weed. Add fish, mixing gently with sauce, and cook until fish is flaky. NOTE: Do not stir fish or it will break up.
