1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1-2 onions, chopped fine
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
Oysters
Oyster liquid
Cooked spaghetti.
2 green onions tops, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux by combining flour and oil. Do not allow to brown, but cook a few minutes on medium low.

Add onions, bell peppers, and celery to roux mixture. Cook all until soft. Add oyster juice and oysters. If needed, add water to obtain a desired consistency. Add seasonings and allow to cook for a few minutes.

Add spaghetti and onion tops to sauce. Fold over gently. Season to taste.
