2 or 3 Cornish Hens, split in 1/2 & seasoned with salt, pepper, & garlic powder
1 envelope of Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1 can chicken mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms (stems & pieces), drained

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well and pour over hens. Cover with heavy foil and bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours or so. Uncover the last 30 minutes to brown.
