8 flour tortillas
1 can Apple pie filling
1 apple cored, sliced
1 stick butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 c water
sprinkle with ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine butter sugars and water. Bring to a boil,stirring occasionally, then turn off heat. Place 1/2 c of apple pie filling mixed with real apples into each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll each tortilla into an enchilada and place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Pour melted butter and sugar mixture over enchiladas. Make sure the enchiladas are soaked good with juice. and let sit for 30 min before you bake. Set oven to 350 º and bake for 20- 30 min until brown.
