Deep Fry wings in Canola Oil
Put wings in 2 ( 9 x 13 ) casserole dishes
Put 1 stick Butter and 1 cup Sauce in each dish. Cover and put in oven at 300º for 1 hour. Coat wings with sauce while baking. Tim has started grilling the wings on our Green Egg and then putting them in the oven. Both are really good.

Personal Notes:
These are the best Wings ever. You can even marinade them with Soy, ginger, and garlic and then grill them before you put them in the oven. Great for tailgates
