2 onion
1 beer
old Bay to taste
6 Johnsonville Bratts

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce ban on the stove boil water, add onion, beer and Bratts. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Take off stove and grill for 5 min or until brown. Save onions.

M y Uncle Jerry always brought finely chopped onions and hot Mustard to go with these great Bratts. We grill the onions on foil with the Bratts too.
