Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. slat
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
12 oz. pkg. (2 cups) Nestles butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside

In large bowl, beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes for chewier cookes; 9-10 for crisper cookies.

Can also spread dough into greased cookie sheet pan and bake for 18-22 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting.

(I prefer to use quick oats as the others seem to give cookie a tougher texture)
