1 9in. unbaked pie shell
1 small onion finely chopped
1/3 c bacon (crumbled)
1 T butter
1c shredded Monterey jack cheese
1c cooked wild rice
3 eggs
1 1/2 c cream
1/2 tsp salt
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
bake crust at 425º for 5 minutes and set aside. REduce heat to 325º. Cook bacon and saute onion in butter and spoon into crust. Sprinkle with cheese and rice. Mix eggs and cream and then pour over top. Bake for 1 hour.
