toasted bread slices
cheese
cooked bacon or hot ham
1 egg
tomato
lettuce
onion
mayo or miracle whip
Directions:
Directions:
First broil cheese on one slice of toasted bread. While broiling cheese cook one egg until over easy. Place egg on the melted cheese slice then assemble your sandwich. I use bacon or quickly fried ham to warm it up. Layer with meat and veggies as you wish then top with other slice of bread with mayo. Enjoy!

This sandwich was discovered from the movie "Spanglish" which my roommate, Molly and I watched over and over again in college. This was one of our favorite college foods (when we actually bought eggs!)
