2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
7-3/4 oz. canned salmon
3/4 cup sharp cheddar, grated
salt
pepper
garlic powder


Beat together:
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup half and half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until softened. Add salmon, and seasonings to taste. Spoon 1 tbsp salmon mixture into unbaked tart shells. Pour egg and cream mixture into each tart shell about 2/3 full. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
