2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oinion salt
16 slices wheat bread
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese and butter ( do not melt butter) with mixer or food processor. add eggs, garlic and onion until it is light and creamy. Spread mixture on slice of bread; top with another slice of bread and spread cheese mixture on top of second piece too.
Bake at 400º for 10-15 min. Cut sandwhiches in half and serve with soup These sandwiches can be frozen and then baked later.
