6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup of butter
3 Granny Smith Apples
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place Butter in a 12 inch quiche pan. Place in oven until butter melts.
Peel and slice apples.
Add apples slices and bake until butter sizzles and apples are soften not brown.
While apples are cooking combine the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk or process until blended. It is okay if batter is a little lumpy.
After apples are soft, remove the dish from the oven and pour batter into dish on top of apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes until nicely brown. Serve immediately by cutting into pieces and topping with Cool Whip.
