7 - 9 pieces boneless chicken thighs
1 box stove top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 small box spinach (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 block cheese or 2 packages shredded cheese (mild)
1 tray fresh mushroom, sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven at 325º. Boil Chicken in water until tender, save chicken broth. Shred chicken in 13x9" pan. Grate 1/2 block cheese or use 1 package shredded cheese over chicken. Cook the box of stuffing. Mix 1 c. of mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup and spinach together, spread mixture over cheese. Spread stuffing, add the sliced mushrooms, then spread the other half of the cheese or the other package of shredded cheese, pour 1 c. chicken broth. Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
