1 1/2 cups Flour
1 pkg. Dry Yeast
1 Egg
1 cup Beer
1/2 cup Hot Water
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and flour. Combine egg, hot water and salt. Combine both mixes. Then add the beer. Drop fish into batter and immediately drop into hot oil. Don;'t let fish drain first. Best if used with haddock, flounder or perch.
