4 c. w. wheat flour
3 c. AP flour
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 T. white sugar

2 c. milk
1 c. water
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingreds. together. Heat liquids (milk, water, butter) to warm in saucepan. Add liquids mixture to flour mixture. Turn onto floured board. and knead for 15 to 20 mins. Place in bowl and let rise for 2 hours. Push down dough. Knead for 5 mins. Divide into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf or bread pans. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 400º for 50 mins.
