3 packages Sugar Free Banana Instant Pudding
5 cups fat free Milk
8 oz. fat free sour cream
1 16 oz. container fat free cool whip
5 bananas, sliced into 1/2 " pieces
1 box low calorie vanilla wafers or animal crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the pudding mix with milk until smooth. Add the sour cream and cool whip. Continue beating until light and fluffy. Slice all bananas into 1/2 " pieces. In a trifle dish or large bowl with high sides, arrange cookies on the bottom and add some of the pudding mixture on that. Next, add the banana layer. Repeat layering, ending up with pudding on the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until serving.

This was made for us by my "favorite" Uncle Larry and we were so shocked to learn that it was made with fat free or light ingredients. You certainly don't have to use all " light" ingredients, if you don't want to.
