2 c. seedless raisins (1/2 white and 1/2 dark)
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. w. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
2 T. corn starch
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. grated orange rind
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, sugar, and salt in saucepan and bring to boil. Add raisins. Mix corn starch with 2 T OJ. Add to raisin mixture and cook until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and add remaining OJ and lemon juice, rind, and butter. Pour into 9" pie pan with crust already prepared and bake. Bake at 450º for 15 mins. and then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 20 - 25 mins. more.
