2 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. w. sugar
2 c. warm water
6 1/2 to 7 c. AP flour
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and sugar. Add warm water. Set aside for 2 mins. Stir in 3 1/2 c. flour and salt. Beat with wooden spoon for 2 mins. Add egg and oil. Mix well. Add enough flour to make a soft dough (up to 4 c.). Turn onto floured board. Knead for 2-3 mins. Place in oiled bowl, being sure all surfaces are oiled. Put in refrig. for 2 hours. Push down. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Spray muffin sections in muffin pan with PAM. Put 2 or 3 dough balls in each muffin section of muffin pan. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 400º for 12 mins.
