Can of 7-UP
Brown Sugar
Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Purchase the size of "Cooks" ham that you need to for your bunch. I like to cook at least one day ahead of time. Once you've cooked most of the way through, slice to size you like. Put in refrigerator overnight. The next day skim of the solid grease and add one can of 7-UP. This helps keep it totally moist. Approximately on hour before serving add brown sugar and round sliced pineapple (juice and all) and simmer til serving. Eat and enjoy your complements
