1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 16 oz. bag of shredded cabbage mix for slaw
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and vinegar, add oil. Add cabbage to dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss slaw and adjust seasoning if needed. Let stand for 20 minutes. Re-toss before serving.
