1 1/2 c butter ( 3 sticks)
2 c peanut butter chips, divided
1 3/4 c sugar
3 Tbl corn syrup
3 Tbl water
1 1/2 c salted peanuts
1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet or put down non stick foil. Sprinkle 1 c peanut butter chips. Set aside. In a heavy sauce pan, bring sugar, syrup water and butter to a boil over medium heat, stir constantly until butter is melted. Let simmer on med heat do not stir pull off heat when candy thermometer is at 300 ( about 15 min). Take off heat pour in peanuts and quickly pour on prepared pan. Sprinkle with the remaining chips take a knife and swirl the chips around as they melt. Cool and break into pieces.
