2 Pkgs. (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafers
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla together first, then add eggs.

Place vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups

POUR cream cheese mixture into muffin cups.

BAKE at 350F for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.

COOL

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or overnight.

ADD any type of topping or serve plain.
