4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. + 2 T. butter
3 6 oz. packages chocolate chips
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
2-3 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Rub butter along the top rim of a 4 quart saucepan in order to keep the mixture from spilling.

In the 4 quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Continue boiling over medium heat (234 - 238ºF) for 5-9 minutes.

Take mixture off of the heat. Stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, and marshmallow creme. Beat until well-blended. Add nuts. Pour into a 15 x 10 greased pan. Mixture will harden to fudge as it cools.
