1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
1 lg. clove minced garlic
1 1/2 C. tom. puree
1 t. crushed basil
1 1/4 t. salt
1 t. sugar
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (drained)
2 T. Parm. Cheese
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
8 Cooked Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix puree, basil, salt, sugar and set aside. Brown beef, onions, garlic, and drain. Reserve 1/2 c. meat for sauce. Add 1/2 c. puree to remaining meat, spinach, and both cheeses. Fill the shells with mixture. Combine remaining sauce with 1/2 c. meat, pour over shells and cover. Bake @350º for 40-45 min.
