Meatballs:
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg, beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. minced onions, dehydrated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. dried parsley flakes
Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. grape jelly

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for meatballs. Shape into 1 inch balls and arrange in large, glass covered baking dish. Stir together ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off excess grease.
