1/2 cup espresso or very strong coffee
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. coffee liqueur
1 (8-oz.) pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
3 egg whites
20 ladyfingers, split
Cocoa, for sprinkling

In a small bowl, combine the espresso coffee, 1 tbsp. sugar and the coffee liqueur; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the confectioners' sugar, beating until well blended. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks, add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until thick peaks. Fold into cream cheese.
In a 9 x 9 x 2 inch dish, place a layer of the split ladyfingers across the bottom of the dish. Drizzle with half the espresso mixture and half the cream cheese mixture; and repeat the layers, beginning with the split ladyfingers and ending with the cream cheese mixture. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping in a thin layer on the top, and sprinkle with cocoa. Refrigerate until well chilled.
