1/2 stick butter
1 c brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c banana liqueur
2-4 sliced bananas
1/4 c dark rum
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, melt butter, sugar and cinnamon in a shallow frying pan until smooth. Lower the heat to add banana liqueur and bananas. Cook for about 1 minute until bananas are heated through and thoroughly coated. Carefully add the rum and tip the pan slightly to ignite the rum. When the flames subside, generously spoon the warm sauce over bowls of vanilla ice cream.
