Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onion, & bell pepper in butter until crisp-tender. Season chicken with seasoned salt & Worcestershire sauce. Slice enough cheese, 1/2" thick, to cover a chicken breast . Place the cheese between the two chicken breasts & wrap the breasts together with the bacon. Put in the middle of a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Place sauteed vegetables around the chicken & wrap the foil around to make a closed packet. Grill over low heat, flipping the chicken at least once, for 15 minutes, or until chicken is done. You may also place the packet on a cookie sheet & bake in the oven.
