3 cups sifted cake flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup corn oil or margarine or shortening
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar. Add eggs and blend well.
Add dry ingredients and milk, blending well. Stir in vanilla. Pour into greased pan. Pour into 10x4 tube pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
