14½-oz. can low-sodium diced tomatoes
26-oz. jar fat-free, low-sodium marinara sauce
4 oz. pepperoni, diced, or sliced
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1½ cups fresh mushrooms, sliced, optional
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Use a safety can opener to open the can of diced tomatoes. Pour the tomatoes into your slow cooker.
2. Add the marinara sauce, pepperoni, chopped peppers and onions, water, Italian seasoning, dry macaroni, and mushrooms if you wish.
3. Cover your slow cooker. Cook the pasta mixture on Low for 5-6 hours.
4. After the pasta has cooked, use a potholder to take the lid off of your slow cooker.
5. Carefully spoon the hot pasta mixture into bowls.
6. Sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese.
