1 baguette, cut into ¼” thick slices
extra-virgin olive oil
1-8 oz package cream cheese
4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
½ finely chopped shallot
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2-15 oz cans sliced pears in juice, drained
½ cup spiced pecans, chopped (can use regular pecans)
Parsley, finely chopped for sprinkling each toast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°. Lightly brush one side of each baguette slice with olive oil. Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Let cool.
Combine the cream and gorgon cheeses, shallot and parsley. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Spread the toasts with the cheese mixture. Top with the pear slices and pecans. Sprinkle with parsley.
