1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup light cream or milk
1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1 can tuna drained
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
2 tablespoons minced parsley or Italian seasonings
3 cups noodles cooked and drained
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:
Cook onions, celery, and mushrooms in small amount of hot butter till tender, but not browned. Add soup, milk, and cheese; heat and stir. Break tuna into chunks; add with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in 375º oven 20 to 25 minutes Top with parsley, ripe olives. Pass lemon wedges to squirt over. Makes 6 servings.
