1 c. onion, chopped
1 T. butter
1 c. flour
4 tsp. chicken bouillon (or 4 cubes)
1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
5 c. milk
4 cans tuna (2 c.)
3 c. cooked vegetables
12 uncooked homemade biscuits or 2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Melt butter in saucepan, add onion, cook until tender. Add flour, chicken bouillon, thyme, and milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add tuna and vegetables. Heat through. Pour immediately into casserole dish or 9"x13" pan. Place uncooked biscuits on top. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are lightly brown.
